Highly experienced & specialised Faculty from their respective domains is deputed for an In-house, On-road coaching and for Skill Evaluation depends upon risk appetite. Faculty engaged are the ones already been imparting training to various organisations within the country.
Training sessions are extremely interactive and questions are encouraged and answered. The images and text are projected onto a screen with the help of a state of art audio visual training aids and projections. Considerable emphasis is given to personalised interaction with individual participants’ which guarantees depth of penetration of the concepts of safety, Defensive & ECO Driving techniques.
We exercise pre test at the beginning and post tests on completion of in-house courses to assess the knowledge gained. This assessment is done through questions drawn from various topics related to Traffic Controlling Devices, Motor Vehicle Act, and Rules of The Road Regulations, Vehicle mechanism, Driving Skills, Road Users Behaviors, Eco/Defensive Driving principals and Hazard Perception Skills. The sponsoring organisation is provided with the feedback on the skill and awareness level of the Drivers prior to and after the training so that the grasp level as well as improvement can be assessed. |

On-Road Test driving is conducted in actual road scenario,for 30 - 45 minutes. Assessment parameters include Driving Skills, Attitude and Behavioral aspects. The parameters help in understanding the knowledge and ability of the trainee to maintain the essential psychological awareness for safe driving.
The organisations are being updated with a report on the quality of drivers as well as individuals rating both pre as well as on post training and on-road skill evaluations at various levels of modules, achievements on the level of expertise. also provided. All qualifying drivers are given an exclusive participation certificate & all Safe Drivers photo identity card ‘Accident Hurts - Safety Protects’ besides Safety Training Kit.
Objectives
Familiarise driver of the expectation while driving for an organisation, Licence check – check to evaluate that the drivers have an appropriate licence for the category of vehicle they are going to drive, understanding Road Language & Rules of the Road Regulation and Law, encourage and improve by understanding of modern vehicle handling characteristics, appreciation of other road users and their behaviour, understanding various driving conditions characteristics, develop recognition and perception of hazards, understanding cause of collisions and techniques to avoid, dealing with emergencies and reporting, Importance of grooming and hygiene, exhibit high degree of professionalism – Chauffeur Drive, self improvement is an important tool developing behavioural skills, realising safety and care of passengers, understanding effects of alcohol & drugs, managing stress and understanding distractions, challenges of driving and protection of public, passenger and personal safety, process of pre checks and keep well maintained vehicle all times, understanding City Guide and attraction of Tourist Places, communication equipments usage, understanding instructions and implementation, soft skills development and importance of Body Language, Pre-Test & Post Test - To check the baseline and retention knowledge of participants, certification & issue of ID Cards.

Classroom session will consist of pre and post tests to establish baselines of retention and progress from previous sessions. These sessions will also be aided with visuals (Videos, pictures and sketches) to impress the benefits and the possible consequences of driving behaviors. The participants will be encouraged to have a group discussion. The trainer will be expected to make a written report of each participant. |

On-Road Coaching
On road, coaching includes a demonstration drive by trainer and subsequently a drive by each of the participants on pre defined routes. The trainer coaches the participants and later provides a positive evaluation of their driving skills and behaviour once session is over. In addition to classroom training weak drivers are thus identified and additional emphasis placed on their development. The participants will be encouraged to have a group discussion on the drive of each participant and Information on these is collated and shared with the group.The trainer will be expected to make a written description of each participant and a comprehensive report is sent at the end of each module. The contents of coaching are to carryout vehicle checks & appropriate usage of safety fitments, driving posture, Moving off, lane management and maintaining appropriate speed, following distance two, four second & space cushions,

On the wheel problem analysis (outdoor)/Skill Evaluation
In addition to driver training we carry out driver assessment whereby, we test and understand the knowledge and ability of the driver on awareness issues, behavioural pattern as well as a psychological analysis. Road test is to determine how a driver will perform as per IRSFM criterion. We consider a route that includes exposure to routine road hazards likely to encounter on a day-to-day basis. Therefore we include minor & major roads, bridges, grades, overpasses, school or market zones, railroad crossings, controlled intersections, left turns, right turns, reversing and parking situations.
On Road Skill Evaluation Physical driving by each participant will be 40 minutes driving on actual road environment assessing parameters are driving skills, behavior and attitude on a predefined route.

Certificate – Underwent DRIVER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME and ‘Accident Hurts - Safety Protects’ A Safe Driver card having photo & display information - personal details, license, organisation, training & grade status and emergency numbers.
In addition to pre informed driver audits, we also undertake surprise/surveillance tests by mystery following the drivers and observing their behaviour and actual implementation of the trainings and standard requirements.
